Here's how you can enable integration for Slack in NeetoDesk

You would need to login to your NeetoDesk account to enable integration for Slack. You can login or create a new account.

  1. Login to NeetoDesk.
  2. Click on Admin panel in the side bar.
  3. Under "Integrations", click on "Slack".
  4. Click on "Login to Slack".
  5. Follow the steps and link your Slack workspace and channel.
  6. Add the automation rule to notify in Slack.
  7. All new tickets will be posted in your Slack channel! 🎉
